Cancellation Policy
Reschedule To change your session, feel free to do reschedule yourself online at least 48 hours before your schedule start time to avoid 'no-show'. Likewise, 'no-shows' are non refundable. Cancellation If you need to cancel your booking please do so online at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations outside of that window, are non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the card of purchase a may take 5-7 business days or more to process, depending upon your bank's processing system.
